Coffee is one of the highest consumable beverages. From adults to children, everyone see it as a stress booster, which is absolutely true. However excess caffeine or intake of it in an empty stomach may trigger the walls to secrete more acid than the normal. It can also result in irregular/irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), nausea, indigestion. So, if you are someone with an ill stomach, MIND YOU!
HOT SHOWERS

Its fascinating to think about hot showers in cold mornings. But as good as it sounds as unhealthy it is. Instead a cold shower, no matter how unbearable it feels, can actually awake your body. It increases mental alertness and relieves fatigue. Cold water also keeps skin and hair healthy. Hot showers can however be suggested before sleep as they work wonderfully well in relieving stress and relaxing muscles.
EXERCISES

This is a fact that people who exercise on a daily basis are comparatively healthier and more active with their daily tasks.
I know most of us consider working out in the morning is a good option, at least to have less trouble thinking about it rest of the day. But, it has been studied that early schedules are slightly dangerous(to a greater extent for beginners). Restricted muscles, slower cardiac rhythm and slow metabolism may lead to factors like heart attack or muscular tear. However, lighter workouts have been found to be absolutely healthy.
SKIPPING BREAKFAST
The foodies will wonder, how can someone skip their breakfast? Well, thats true.

People tend to skip their breakfasts, either due to busy schedule or poor health or other factors. But beware, because you might be skipping the much needed nutrients required for your body. Skipping breakfast can result in various malfunctions which include drop in blood sugar level, decreased energy, type 2 diabetes, etc. Breakfast does the work of waking metabolism which in turn burns calories for a balanced body functioning.
MEDITATION
Sounds good right? Works great! Meditation can actually work wonders. Those who follow it, have experienced the results.

Not only with regards to concentration, meditation can bring about changes in one’s otherwise abrupt life. It helps combat mental states like depression and anxiety. Apart from this it can better your managing and organising skills and helps a great extent to counteract pain and stress. With the amount of positive energy it brings, you can totally avoid the daily coffee. Moreover it allows your the much needed personal space and a session of self analysis which is crucial for the youngs and olds.
WARM WATER INTAKE
While lessening the intake of coffee is highly suggested, warm water intake in early morning and in an empty stomach is highly recommended. Warm water helps dissolve fats and also makes the digestion process easier.

Along with clearing nasal congestion, it also brings about efficient blood circulation and detoxification in the body. It not only hydrates the body but also helps to a small extent in weight loss.
CLEARING STOMACH
Though not a must, but clearing stomach every morning helps removing unnecessary substances from the body, makes you light and starts the day afresh.

Intake of warm water with lemon or honey can help in accelerating this process along with the above mentioned benefits.
PLAN YOUR DAY
Okay, i know each one of us has tried this at least once in lifetime. We start with enthusiasm but end up being the same lazy fellows. It is absolutely fine and normal.

But as the saying goes – one should never stop trying – no matter how many times we fail. Planning your day is supremely constructive and productive at the same time. It not only makes the best out of the time you have but also compels one to complete tasks they have been procrastinating for days. It also teaches one how and where to invest time.
