Yoga has originated in Northern India around 5,000 years back. Yoga then was meant for meditation, religious and spiritual practices, but over time its core value evolved. In today’s date, it is also practiced for physical and mental disciplines.

Here are some yoga asanas or poses that can help the beginners for a swift start to their daily yoga regime.
