1.THE SCOOP 5-7 times
Open your mouth, roll the bottom lips over lower teeth as if scooping water with lower jaw.

2.TOUCH YOUR NOSE 5 times
Try to reach the nose with th tip of your tongue. This exercise works effectively for a sharp jawline.

3.KISS THE GIRAFFE 5-7 times
Lift your face up, look at the ceiling. Bring lower jaws slightly forward, pucker your lips as if kissing someone.
If correctly done, a tension a tension in the neck can be felt. Hold for 5-7 seconds.

4.FISH FACE 5-8 times
Make a pout and try to move the pout left and right, contracting the muscles of the jaw of similar side.

5.WIDE SMILE 8-10 times
Smile as wide as possible, try to stretch the neck muscles, move the lower jaw down and up, to touch the upper jaw/teeth.

6.U-SHAPE 5-7 times
Try to make a u-shape with the face moving from the left to right or top to bottom in the same plane as that of the face.

7.PRESS THE TONGUE 7-10 times
Press the tongue against the upper palate of the buccal cavity, gradually increasing the force, for about 5 seconds.
